- 10% more PG
- Armor and shield HP changed around + typical HP boost for faction BS
- 5% ROF to projectiles per Matar BS lvl
- 5% ROF on missiles per Caldari BS lvl
- 5% Damage and hitpoints to drones per Gallente BS lvl
